1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Talkora, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
2. Age Requirement
Talkora is intended for users 18 years of age and older. By using this App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to terminate accounts if we discover underage users.
3. User Account
Talkora uses phone-number-based authentication. You are responsible for all activity on your account. You agree to:
- Provide an accurate display name and honest profile information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Community Guidelines
When using voice rooms and chat features, you agree NOT to:
- Share sexual, explicit, or pornographic content
- Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Share personal information of others without consent
- Promote violence, hate speech, discrimination, or illegal activities
- Spam, advertise, or solicit other users
- Impersonate other users or public figures
- Share content that violates any law or third-party rights
- Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt our services

5. Voice Chat Rooms
Voice chat rooms are public spaces that may be monitored by our moderation team. Entry to some rooms may require Points. We reserve the right to:
- Mute or remove users from rooms
- Monitor rooms for safety and compliance
- Create, modify, or remove rooms at any time
6. Points & Gift System
- Points are virtual currency with no guaranteed real monetary value outside the platform
- Points are non-transferable between accounts
- Points are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to modify point costs, gift prices, and packages at any time
- In-app purchases are processed by Google Play and subject to their terms
- Gift point distributions (sender/recipient/admin shares) are subject to change with notice
7. USDT Withdrawal
Earned gift points may be converted to USDT (TRC20) and withdrawn, subject to minimum thresholds and verification. We reserve the right to delay or deny withdrawals if we detect fraud, abuse, or policy violations. Withdrawal rates and minimums may change with 7 days notice.
8. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content on Talkora, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display that content to provide our services. This includes displaying your messages and name to other users in rooms you join.
9. Intellectual Property
The Talkora app, name, logo, and all content created by us are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our app or content without written permission.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, Community Guidelines, or Safety Standards. Blocked users may submit an appeal through the app.
11. Disclaimers
Talkora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- The accuracy or reliability of any content posted by users
- Specific earnings from the gift or withdrawal system
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talkora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, loss of points, or damages resulting from user interactions.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. You agree to contact us before initiating any legal proceedings.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you via the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
