- Device ID: A unique identifier for your device used for session management
- FCM Token: Firebase Cloud Messaging token for push notifications
- IP Address: Logged for security and abuse prevention
- Usage Data: App activity like rooms joined, gifts sent, messages (for moderation)
1.3 Microphone
When you join a voice room, your microphone is used to transmit your voice to other room participants via Agora RTC technology. We do not permanently record or store your voice streams. Voice transmission is encrypted in transit.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account
- To enable live voice chat rooms and real-time features
- To process gifts, points, and USDT withdrawals
- To send push notifications (room invites, gift alerts, system messages)
- To maintain account security, enforce Community Guidelines, and investigate abuse

3. Moderation
Chat messages in voice rooms may be reviewed by our moderation team to enforce Safety Standards and process user reports. By using Talkora, you consent to this moderation. Voice audio is not stored or reviewed by us.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Google Firebase – Push notifications via FCM
- Agora.io – Real-time voice transmission in chat rooms
- Google Play Billing – In-app purchases
- Law Enforcement – When required by applicable law
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Chat messages may be retained for moderation purposes. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
6. Children's Privacy
Talkora is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has used our app, please contact us immediately and we will take appropriate action including account removal. See our Child Safety Policy.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption for all API communications, encrypted voice transmission via Agora RTC, database access controls, and secure server infrastructure.
8. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. To delete your account and associated data, contact us via email. Depending on your location, additional rights may apply under GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable privacy laws.
9. Push Notifications
We send push notifications for gift alerts, room activity, and system messages. You can disable notifications in your device settings at any time.
10. USDT Withdrawals & Financial Data
If you request a USDT withdrawal, your TRC20 wallet address is stored securely and used only for processing your withdrawal. We do not share wallet addresses with third parties.
