Talkora is strictly for users 18 years of age and older. We do not permit minors to use our platform. If we discover underage users, their accounts are immediately and permanently terminated.
2. Prohibited Content & Behaviors
The following are strictly prohibited on Talkora:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) – Any sexual content involving minors in any form
- Grooming – Any attempt to build trust with a minor for exploitation
- Solicitation – Requesting or distributing sexual content from/to anyone
- Sexual Exploitation – Coercing anyone into sexual acts or content sharing
- Harassment & Bullying – Threatening, intimidating, or demeaning users
- Hate Speech – Content targeting race, religion, gender, nationality, or sexual orientation
- Violence & Threats – Any threats of physical harm or graphic violent content
- Scams & Fraud – Deceptive practices or financial fraud
- Non-consensual Content – Sharing private recordings without consent
3. How We Protect Users
- Moderation: Our team actively monitors voice rooms and reviews user reports
- Word Filters: Automatic filtering of harmful and inappropriate words in chat
- User Reports: Any user can report inappropriate behavior directly in the app
- Block System: Users can block others at any time
- Admin Controls: Room administrators can mute, kick, or ban users from rooms
- Auto-Flag: Users receiving multiple reports may be automatically suspended pending review
4. Reporting Mechanisms
We provide multiple ways to report safety concerns:
- In-App Reporting: Tap any user's profile → Report. Available in all voice rooms and chats.
- Block Function: Block any user to stop all contact immediately
- Email: support@talkoravoicechat.com for serious or urgent safety concerns
All reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours. Severe violations are escalated immediately.
5. Response to Violations
Upon confirming a violation:
- Immediate account suspension or permanent ban
- Content removal
- For CSAM or child exploitation: we report to NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) and cooperate fully with law enforcement
6. Law Enforcement Cooperation
Talkora cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies investigating crimes involving our platform. We will provide user data and evidence as required by valid legal processes. We report CSAM to relevant authorities including NCMEC as applicable.
7. Safety Tips for Users
- Never share your real address, financial information, or passwords in voice rooms
- Be cautious of users who request to move conversations off-platform
- Trust your instincts — if a conversation makes you uncomfortable, block and report
- You are in control — block anyone at any time with no explanation needed
